Dr Bartlett provides an excellent overview of the treatment guidelines for Community Acquired Pneumonia.  This is one fo the few rational discussions of the topic that I've seen.  Still .. I think that we need to be VERY careful about macrolide (and azalide) overuse.  Not enough focus on that .. IMHO  ;-)
