There are now online archives of the new weekly "membermail" sent out by the AAFP to members. This is a good weekly update on health, policy and information that may be important to family physicians and other primary care providers.

Family Medicine: Evaluation as a Dynamic Process. This is a nice article for the office-based preceptor. Many physicians are precepting medical students in their offices. Yet these docs often have little training in teaching. This article has some good advice for these docs, and may help make the experience more fruitful for both students and preceptors.

emdnetwork.com boasts that "the future of medicine .. begins today." Hmm. Not on their site .. at least not yet! The site has links to two Avantgo "channels" and a bunch of advertising. Not much clinically useful here. Don't bother filling out the registration.
