Intelihealth: patient oriented health information from John's Hopkins. It's a site with a commercial look-and-feel. Although this may reassure users, it makes me wonder how the site is financed, and who carries editorial control.
Jim McNabb has set up a home page
at MyHQ that serves as a nice guide to useful medical sites on the internet. MyHQ is a wonderful site that astute users will notice is what I've been using as the "links" page here on docnotes. It is free, and is very easy to edit. Nice Job Dr. McNabb!
uReach.com is not a medical site .. but it gets me thinkning .. voicemail on the internet ... schedules on the phone. Could be used for patient correspondence. It's a neat service ... all free.
